Sunday Wup had another impressive performance at the CDN Uden, that was a qualifier for the National Championships. He got second with almost 70% in the Prix St.Georges, behind Imke Schellekens with Hunter Douglas Toots.
"It was another long day at the show, with judging a large class of ZZ-Licht in the morning and coaching some riders in the afternoon. In the early evening I rode Wup, He was a little fresh and funny in the warm-up, but was totally back in business when he had to do his test. He did a super job with only sevens and eights in the trot and canter. We lost some points in the walk, where he was distracted by horses trotting down the road.
With this second place, and also the second place two weeks ago at the CDN Almelo, we are now qualified for the Dutch National Championships in De Steeg. We will therefore skip the final qualifier in Ermelo, as it is not necessary for me to compete there."
